Information needed at your loan application:
1. Copy of accepted earnest money contract or deed if refinancing.
2. Residence history for past two years with landlord addresses, if applicable.
3. Name and address of employers for past two years with W-2′s, 1099′s, etc.
4. One (1) month’s current pay-stubs showing gross monthly salary and all deductions.
5. Bank names, addresses, account #’s, balance of all accounts.
6. Last 2 bank statements on all checking, savings, investments, IRA, etc. accounts.
7. Names, addresses, account #’s, balance & monthly payments on all open charge accounts.
8. 12 months cancelled checks for mortgage or rent.
9. Addresses, loan info, and Lease Agreements on all other real estate owned.
10. Estimated value of all furniture, clothing, jewelry, and all other personal property.
11. Face and cash value of life insurance, retirement, and profit sharing accounts.
12. Certification of eligibility/DD-214, if applying for a VA loan.
13. Check for up-front fees, i.e. appraisal, credit report, etc. as requested by loan officer.
14. If self-employed, past two years income tax returns/schedules, YTD P&L Statement with Balance Sheet by CPA.
